Ryan's Thoughts about Leo Vegas Casino

Ryan's Thoughts"Leo Vegas certainly came about and shook things up a few years ago. My first impressions was "they get it". There is a seamless transition from mobile to desktop and back. A few years on and I kind of wonder if they have really evolved. They added sports betting and that's great but the casino has not really changed much. Not that it has had to but their initial edge has now been replicated by many other brands. Still, it is a fantastic casino to this day."

Mobile Casino

LeoVegas Casino offers two native mobile casino gaming apps—one for iOS devices and the other for Android devices.

By default, a mobile device that operates on the Android operating system can download and install only those apps available at the Google Play Store. But real money casinos are not permitted to distribute their apps through the Google Play Store. Android owners are, therefore, required to set their devices to accept apps outside the Google Play Store. They can do this by visiting Menu, Settings, Security, and Unknown Sources and making the required changes. Once they have done this, they can just visit android.leovegas.com and install the native mobile gaming app for Android.

The native app for iOS is available for download and installation at the Apple Store.

The LeoVegas VIP experience features excellent customer care services, royal treats, and surprises. It includes a VIP bar that displays players' progress and fills up whenever players play for real money. LeoVegas offers up to 99 VIP levels that players can achieve.

The online casino runs the VIP prize draw every month and gives away prizes such as tickets to exclusive VIP events and the latest Apple products. Every month, one lucky player from each VIP level group will receive a prize.

VIP players will also receive benefits such as dedicated account managers, unique birthday rewards, and monthly VIP prize draws.

Cashier and Banking

Players can deposit a minimum of £10 at LeoVegas Casino and start playing the games for real money. LeoVegas offers banking options such as Visa, MasterCard, Trustly, Neteller, PaySafeCard, and Skrill, which can be used for deposits as well as withdrawals.

Once LeoVegas Casino verifies players' accounts, it will process the payout request. After that, it may take up to five business days for the winnings to reach players. The exact time depends on the preferred withdrawal method. Players have to withdraw at least £20 at a time. If they have any active bonus in their accounts, they have to first meet its wagering requirements.

What was Good?
This is a great casino that is fun to visit. There are a large number of games and a really cool welcome bonus. There are other bonuses as well to use once I ran through my welcome bonus. I played here recently and won €1000 on a €80 wager. The games all look great and come with exciting features and rich 3D graphics.

The standard security features like SSL encryption and firewalls ensure protection for your finances and personal data. The casino is licensed by the MGA and also the UKGC. On the whole, a great casino to visit and I will be sure to come again.
What was Bad?
The only negative I experienced was when I could not change my withdrawal method. I ended up losing the ability to withdraw funds the first time as a result of this. Of course customer support helped by letting me know where the problem lay and the next time I used the same method for depositing and withdrawing funds. Also, it would be great if the live dealer games were available in practice play mode; but that is more wishful thinking than anything else.

What was Good?
I was at the Leo Vegas casino recently and thought it would be good to pen down my experience there. The casino looks just about average, but that is probably deliberate, given that all the other features are mostly up to speed. There is a huge cache of games from over 25 exciting software providers: NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech, BetSoft, Evolution, Ezugi – name them and they are there. It is owned and operated by LeoVegas Gaming Ltd. and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC).

There are more than 900 games in all; including live dealer games, jackpot games, and the regular casino games. I had a chance to try out slots from a range of providers apart from the ones I usually play. So along with Playtech this time it was also Blueprint Gaming. BetSoft Gaming, and Evolution Gaming. I lost a bit of money on the live dealer games possibly because I have never played them before but made up for it on the slots.

There was a good welcome bonus and other bonuses as well that helped me get back from the deficit incurred by playing live dealer games earlier. One good thing here: the money in my account is in 2 categories – real money and bonus money. I use up my real money first and then fall back on the bonus money. Thankfully, my real money account has been replenished on time at least twice,

Other helpful factors included a moderate wagering requirement of 35x on the welcome bonus. Payment support was excellent too because of the range of methods available. I used NETeller to deposit and withdraw funds and was happy to note that the money gets withdrawn very quickly. This is a huge relief because I have been at casinos where withdrawals drag on for weeks. Document verification here is quick and therefore the processing period gets shortened drastically. Some methods may take up to 5 working days, however.
What was Bad?
The big problem I faced was the drastically small game portfolio for mobile casino gaming. Compared to the hundreds of games on the online platform the number of games at the mobile casino are in double digits. That can be hugely demotivating for a mobile gambling fan. I am not a mobile casino fan but with such disparity in range even I would not be interested in playing at the Leo Vegas mobile casino.

What was Good?
There are a number of casinos nowadays that are first targeted at the mobile casino fan, with a version also being around for desktop casino enthusiasts. One of these casinos that looks fantastic and is really good to play at is Leo Vegas. I was at this casino a while ago, and was quite floored by the entire experience; in a good way of course. This is a multiple award-winning casino that uses software from a large number of the top casino software providers. The outcome of that is immediately apparent: close to 900+ high quality games!

The number of providers at this casino is huge and include names like NetEnt, Playtech, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, NextGen Gaming, Blueprint, Yggdrasil, 2 by 2 Gaming, Elk Studios, Genesis Gaming, IGT, Quickspin, and others. I have always favoured NetEnt games but wanted to play at a multi-platform casino to try out games from other providers. My wish was fulfilled when I signed up with Leo Vegas because I got to play my favorite NetEnt slot, Starburst, and pick up a few good wins as well along the way, and then move on to try out games from some of the other providers like Yggdrasil and BetSoft.

For live gaming fans there are 38 live dealer casino games from various providers including Evolution Gaming, Extreme Live Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, LuckyStreak, Felt, and others. One thing I liked about this casino: the number of games under this category is listed out right on the landing page. This made it more informative and easy for me as I switched between different game categories. A bouquet of 810 slots is massive, for instance, and there were table and card games as well, with a few video poker games thrown in as well.

Other things that this casino has going for it include a superb welcome bonus that gave me up to €1600 on my first four deposits and 100 free spins. I of course deposited just about €100 across all the four deposits but it was enough to get me a good amount in winnings, helped along by the 100 fre
What was Bad?
I have nothing to complain about, for sure. I mean I played with €100 and went away with €2000; all in a day’s work. What could I complain about? The casino looks great and I hope they continue adding games and features. Support is excellent and can be contacted over live chat, telephone (there are toll-free numbers for Ireland and the UK), and e-mail too.
